Achieving personal and emotional goals doesn’t have to be difficult. With the right attitude, guidance and plan, you will be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is. What will allow you to succeed is embrace a mind body emotion awareness.
More important, though, is establishing winning mindset and a desire to change old habits and develop new ones that will be implemented on a daily basis.
The job of a Life Coach is not to tell you what to do but to challenge you. Help you explore the balance of your life in several major areas. Identify where you might wish to make changes. Set specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based goals. Which are desirable, realistic, and achievable goals in areas of your life. Then assist in and encourage the change process.
A Life Coach will ask specific questions to assess what your needs are and to see if the coachee is a suitable match. This allows too for the coachee to decide if the coach is right for them. Asking questions like these are helpful to building trust, congruency, honesty, working relationship. These are a few questions that as a Life Coach I like to ask.
The truth is, not everyone needs a life coach because not everyone is willing to put the hard work. To get the results that are necessary for REAL change. As a Life Coach digging deep is a rule. if you feel good about your life as it is now, then you don’t need a life coach? If you are happy with all your life and things look perfect, you don’t need a life coach. Unfortunately for many people, this is not the case, and life coaching may be the way to put things back on track.
In our one-on-one coaching session. I will ask you to look at your idea of a perfect life, and it may be that in many areas, this is been achieved. I will want you to examine, explore several critical life areas. Such as work, career, relationships, spirituality, and personal life. To determine how you feel about them. The low-scoring areas will be the ones that need attention and that you’ve identified. We will examine, specific goals, strengths, weaknesses, blocks or challenges. Then we will set goals that identify your desired outcomes. We will identify strategies that will provide your desirable break-though. That will lead to changes in relationship, career and your personal life. You will feel fulfilled and happier about your life.
